海科学院教师大胆创新教学模式,培养高质量人才

我院教师蔡丽娜探索集科研-教学-大学生创新项目于一体的本科教学模式,在教学中不断实践与改进。A17海科(物理海洋)三位本科同学(黄淑旖、姚如、徐杰妮)加入蔡丽娜老师课题小组,在蔡丽娜老师的带领下结合我国高分卫星及海洋卫星数据产品研究了跨海工程对渔场营养盐输运及渔场温度的影响,并探索了陆源营养盐注入渔场后的输运机制。研究成果以本科学生为第一作者发表在《Remote sensing》等国际SCI学术期刊上。蔡老师还积极鼓励学生申报大学生新苗创新项目,研究成果支撑了两项大学生新苗项目结题。

海科学院秉承“把普通学生培养成杰出学生、把星颉班学生培养成未来的海洋科学家”的理念,在蔡老师的影响下,以她为代表的一批老师,在教学中不段探索与完善教学模式,为培养高质量人才倾注滴水之力。
